month with no card, and a demo endpoint that needs no key at all.
Auth, HTTPS and CORS were each checked against the live API rather
than copied from the marketing page: POST /v1/pdf returns 401 without
a key (apiKey), the host is HTTPS only, and no Access-Control-Allow-Origin
header is sent on either a preflight or a normal response, so CORS is No.
